Director

Based in Boston and Shanghai, Ava Xu was trained in architecture and design, and has had three decades of experiences in the fields of art and architecture. Ms. Xu is specialized in helping institutions and corporations brand their real estate projects through arts.

Bo Peng

Director

Born in Beijing and educated in Toronto, Mr. Peng studied studio and digital art. He has led CGI creative teams for a number of film productions in Shanghai and Beijing. An independent curator and art writer, Mr. Peng is enthusiastically engaged in advising the young generation collecting art in both continents.

Spencer Tepper

Director

Spence Tepper has held positions in his 35 years of career as senior vice president and president in some of the most prominent consulting firms in the nation. He has led organizational transition and large-scale performance improvement initiatives in some of America’s best-known health systems.
Born in Los Angeles and having lived in the cultural centers of Chicago and Boston, Mr. Tepper has immersed himself in art collecting his entire life. For the past fifteen years, he has helped many private collectors acquire and sell art.
